Hi — I’m launching this blog in anticipation of my new publication hitting the market soon…namely “How to Sell a House #101″ which will be a straight to the point, manual of insider tips, tricks and tactics to help you get your property sold in “double quick” time!

Let’s be frank…this is a terrible time to be pitching your property on the open market! Or so the general media will have you believe. To be honest the whole down turn was pretty much instigated by the media in the first place…they kept predicting it for long enough, didn’t they…and as they say…if you repeat a lie often enough, it eventually becomes the ‘truth’! HAH!

Well don’t be down and dispirited if YOU are trying to sell, or NEED to sell your property in the cuurrewnt climate…I’ll be honest wth you, it is as good a time as any…if you do it right.
